اللائحة الداخلية

1- الالتزام بالزي المناسب للمركز 

2- نرجو من اوالياء الامور احضار لبس او غيار احتياطي للطفل ( داخلي - خارجي ) صيفي - شتوي 

3- توفير وجبة الطفل و ان تكون صحية و كافية لفترة وجود الطفل 

4- توفير جميع ادوات النظافة الشخصية للطفل ( فوط - محارم - وايبس - صابون - فرشاه اسنان و معطر و كريم شعر )
5- التقييم النفسي للطفل بحيث لا يتم قبول الاضطرابات النمائية ( طيف توحد - فرط حركة - اعاقة زهنيه او عقلية ) لسلامة الاطفال الاخرين

6- يتم ملاحظة وقياس الطفل من قبل المركز لمدة اسبوع و في حالة ظهور ملاحظات يتم ابلاغ ولي الامر 

7- حرصاً علي سلامة اطفالنا سيتم تفتيش شعر الطفل و اظافره كل اسبوع ويتم ابلاغ ولي الامر في حالة عدم المعالجة ويمنع من الدخول 

8- عند سداد رسوم التسجيل نحيطكم علماً بأن الرسوم غير مستردة الي في الحالات الطارئة و بموافقة ادارة المركز و قبل بداية سريان الاشتراك

9- في حال تأخير استلام الطفل بالوقت المحدد يحسب بعد مرور اكثر من 20 دقيقة رسوم 40 ريال عن كل ساعة تأخير و في حال رغبة ولي الامر بزيادة ساعات فترة الاشتراك يتم المراجعة مع ادارة المركز

10- يحق لولي الامر بتجميد حساب الطفل لمدة شهر واحد فقط برسوم 50% من قيمة الاشتراك الشهري عند حدوث اي حاله طارئة لا قدر الله وبعد سريان الاشتراك 

11- ايام الغياب و العطل الرسمية لا تعوض مادياً و المركز غير مسؤول خلال فترة انقطاع الطفل 

12- الموافقة على تصوير الأطفال و مشاركة الأنشطة و المسابقات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالحضانة 

Internal regulations :

3- Provide the child's meal and it should be healthy and sufficient for the period of the child's presence

4- Provide all personal hygiene tools for the child (towels - tissues - wipes - soap - toothbrush and perfume and hair cream)

5- Psychological evaluation of the child so that developmental disorders (autism spectrum - hyperactivity - mental or mental disability) are not accepted for the safety of other children

6- The child is observed and measured by the center for a week and in the event of observations, the guardian is informed

7- In order to ensure the safety of our children, the child's hair and nails will be inspected every week and the guardian will be informed in the event of non-treatment and is prevented from entering

8- When paying the registration fees, we inform you that the fees are non-refundable except in emergency cases and with the approval of the center's management and before the start of the subscription

9- In the event of delay in receiving the child at the specified time, it is calculated after the passage of More than 20 minutes, a fee of 40 riyals for each hour of delay. If the guardian wishes to increase the hours of the subscription period, the center’s management must be consulted.

10- The guardian has the right to freeze the child’s account for one month only, with a fee of 50% of the monthly subscription value, in the event of any emergency, God forbid, and after the subscription takes effect.

11- Days of absence and official holidays are not financially compensated, and the center is not responsible during the child’s absence period.

12- Consent to photograph children and share activities and competitions on the nursery’s social media sites
